TheMetamorphosis                                       

 
METAMORPHOSIS classes are for men and women and can be enjoyed by any age group.  

Sessions are 45 minutes long, consisting of breathing techniques, warm-up stretches, a gentle yoga routine, cool down, and a 3- to 5-minute rejuvenation/relaxation session.

All sessions are geared to improve mind and body balance, to tone the body and improve posture and flexibility, and to promote an overall positive outlook.  All clients are also emailed my weekly blogs from my website.  My blogs help to promote self-confidence, self-awareness, and holistic coaching.  

Clients are unique individuals and are respected as such.  They are encouraged to listen to their body and to accept their limitations so they can improve at their own pace.   


*Group Sessions ($10 pay as you go) are used to help all clients reach their goals in a well-rounded perspective.  A unique yoga routine, blended with holistic coaching and breathing techniques as well as a meditation/relaxation session, is designed by me with each client's individual needs in mind.  Yoga poses are modified to fit all clients' abilities and/or limitations.  There is no competitive atmosphere here at Metamorphosis.  We are all in our own isolated, peaceful space, allowing ourselves to be comfortable so that we can reach our individual goals.

**Private Sessions ($25 per session) are geared exclusively for the particular client.  A unique yoga routine is designed by me keeping in mind the goal the client has set to achieve.
